Multiple lease agreements are considered such as: cash rent, crop share, or custom farming arrangements. Stoddard Farms is willing to go above and beyond in terms of the relationships we build with our landowners and farm managers. Land improvements are crucial to the growth of the land ecologically and financially. We have completed projects including waterways, terraces, and tiling to improve the land. We are willing to travel for additional land to farm.
